About Jude
Jude grew up on a farm in Wyoming’s Big Horn Basin. While her academic pursuits would take her to the other side of the world, she returned to her home state with a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. She established her practice, Sunlight Acupuncture and Wellness, in 2010, in Casper. East meets west, traditional and holistic healing practices better recognize food as medicine, and Jude never forgot her roots in agriculture, so coinciding with her wellness practice, she became a founding board member of Casper Community Greenhouse Project in 2011. Jude was also instrumental in an acupuncture act being passed in the state of Wyoming in 2017, and she currently presides upon the state acupuncture board. In 2024 Jude joined the Board of Directors for an additional Non-Profit in her community- The 1224 Club- an organization devoted to serving the recovery community. Helping others to achieve optimum health in her practice, Jude demonstrates an ongoing commitment to the healing arts. In what leisure Jude can find, she enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her dogs.
